MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

2 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TSP. BAKING SODA
1/2 TSP. SALT
2 STICKS SOFTENED BUTTER
1 CUP PACKED LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 TBS. VANILLA
1 BAG MINT BAKING CHIPS
1 CUP SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES F. LINE BAKING SHEETS WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.
COMBINE FLOUR,BAKING SODA & SALT IN MED. BOWL SET ASIDE. IN LRG. MIXING BOWL COMBINE BUTTER AND SUGARS. CREAM TOGETHER TILL LIGHT AND FLUFFY USING ELECTRIC MIXER. ADD EGGS AND VANILLA. STIR UNTIL COMBINED. GRADUALLY ADD FLOUR MIXTURE AND BLEND WELL. ADD BAKING CHIPS AND STIR TO COMBINE.

DROP BY TABLESPOONFULS ONTO PREPARED SHEETS.
BAKE 8-10 MIN. OR UNTIL EDGES AR GOLDEN AND TOP LOOKS DRY.

COOL ON WIRE RACKS AND STORE IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
